- Communications: Messages you send via Floza (group chat), support requests, feedback forms, and responses to surveys.
b. Information We Collect Automatically:
- Device Information: Device ID, OS type, app version, screen size, IP address, and browser type.
- Usage Data: How often and when you use the app, actions taken (e.g., creating Flos, inviting users), feature usage, and session duration.
- Location Data: If enabled, we may access location data to personalize features (e.g., trip planning tools).
c. Information From Third Parties:
- Plaid: We use Plaid to connect and verify your bank account. You can read their privacy policy here.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Floza's Services
- Enable group payments, ACH pulls, instant payouts, and wallet funding
- Track who has paid and hold funds in escrow-like logic until all members complete their part
- Detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes
- Offer customer support and respond to inquiries
- Personalize experiences (e.g., trip suggestions, receipt parsing)
- Notify users about Flo status, reminders, payment deadlines, and app updates
- Comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
Some features may use machine learning (e.g., receipt parsing, smart reminders) and may process anonymized data to improve product accuracy and performance.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your information:
- With Service Providers: To enable payment processing, ID verification, analytics, and cloud services.
- With Participants: Flo members can see who has paid or not in their own Flo group only — no external sharing.
- For Legal Reasons: To comply with laws, court orders, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect rights, safety, or property.
- In Business Transfers: If Floza is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Do Not Track (DNT)
Floza does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers. We do not track users across third-party websites or apps for advertising purposes.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use Floza with discretion and contact us if you detect any unusual activity.

Floza is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used our Services, contact us to delete the data.
11. International Data Transfers
Floza is operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data will be processed and stored in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
